July 8, 2014
Hi Everyone!!!

Caribbean Tails: 25.00 lb any size

Australian Lobster Tails: 60.00 (12-14 oz)

COPPER RIVER SOCKEYE SALMON:

18.99 lb.(July Special)

Season will be ending very soon. I also will be stocking up on vacuumed sealed fillets and freezing them soon. We should not run out hopefully until next season begins.

Other Alaskan Sockeye are becoming available soon and as long as I can keep getting the Copper River Sockeye, I will have the highest available Sockeye for my customers.

Once the Copper River closes, I’ll revert to different rivers in Alaska such as the Kenai River which will be open soon.

Prices tend to come down some when the Copper River Season is closed.
Fillets can average between 1 1/2 to 2 lb each.
We are still getting in approx. three shipments per week, so we will have plenty of fresh until they close off the season on the Copper River.
Each Sockeye Fillet is vacuumed sealed for freshness, so you can keep it in the refrigerator for a few days or you can also freeze it for a later date to eat. The packaging really keeps the fish from being handled wrong or getting bruised and it helps with storing it for a while in the freezer.

Great news!! Alaskan King Salmon: 24.99 LB
We have Plenty of Alaskan King Salmon coming in as needed for our customers.
We recently found a great supplier for Kings and we should be able to offer the King salmon at these low prices until the season ends for them. Our competitors can’t find any and we have been able to bring them in every week.
Cost to you on our Fresh Alaskan King Salmon fillets will be: 24.99 lb.
Check prices around town, prices are about 28.99 and up everywhere when they can get it. This fish is fresh, out of the water no more than 1 1/2 days and never frozen. If you do want it frozen, just let us know and we will be more than happy to freeze it for you. We have a lot of customers that request it that way so they can just take the fillet home and stick it in the freezer. You’ll be amazed at the quality and how Wild Salmon freezes better that any fish that I know of. The catch is Very limited so please call to reserve or we might run out just from our walk-ins.

Our fish are caught, taken to the Alaskan Canneries where they fillet and vacuum seal our fish. Pack it and ship it to Dallas by Alaskan Airlines. Our fish are so fresh they were swimming approximately two days ago.

If you have time to reserve your order this really helps in letting us tell the fisherman what we are needing. If the fisherman do not get my numbers, they take all the fish to the canneries and sale it to them. This really does make it easier to sell out and get another fresh shipment in on each of the fishing openings.

CRAWFISH UPDATE:
VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE:
The Crawfish season is basically finished and the few farms that are still operating are doing so just to help anyone that might be needing some when they are so hard to find.

Our problem is that we will not know for sure until this Thursday whether or not any farms are producing any for the weekend.

If you would like to have Crawfish for this Friday or Saturday of this week, you will need to call the store by 11:00 A.M. on Thursday.

If we are able to get any Crawfish, they will only be what ever they catch. Nothing special such as graded and washed will not be available.

SO, IF YOU CALL THURSDAY AFTERNOON OR FRIDAY, YOU’RE TOO LATE.

CALL BY 11:00 A.M. ON THURSDAY TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER AND THEN WE WILL LET OUR FARMERS KNOW WHAT WE NEED.

WE WILL CALL YOU IF WE CAN NOT COME THROUGH FOR YOU.

Take care everyone and I hope to see you soon.

Come on by, we’d love to see your smiling faces!

Thanks!
