Hi everyone!

What a great week it was for Easter. We had a blast this past week seeing everyone and I believe most everyone can agree that Good Friday and Saturday was some of the busiest days you have seen us have. It reminded me of Christmas and New Years.

Based on the amount of Crawfish and seafood we provided to all of you that came in, most of you saw how crazy it can get when so many customers come in at the same time to pick up reserved orders. I apologize to anyone that had to wait around more than usual.

We truly want you to know that during these crazy busy days like this past Saturday, it’s easy for things to get chaotic when you get cancellations after orders have been received and we also have customers that add to there orders or try to cancel while picking up their reserved orders. I stayed in the back with the order book making sure we had all of our reserved orders taken care of and with many suppliers not being able to get product this past weekend, everyone was calling us to see if we could help. Everyone on our order book was taken care of to the last customer. I didn’t see anyone with an attitude the whole day and love all of you for being wonderful customers and also being patient even though most everyone was in and out within five minutes. Thank you once again!!

This week, there’s not much happening but one thing we’re all hoping for is a price drop on Crawfish. Usually after Easter, the Crawfish farmers gradually drop there prices since the big Easter weekend is over.

PRICES DROPPED .50 A POUND ON MONDAY

Sacks are approx. 28-36 pounds.
Quality of Crawfish: This past weekend, they looked really nice.
Still no grading or washing.

WE WILL BE COOKING CRAWFISH THIS SATURDAY IF IT IS NOT RAINING. THE WEATHER HAS TO BE GOOD FOR US TO COOK OUTSIDE ALL DAY.

We believe our Sea Bass is the highest quality available. We also carry a new item that I believe you will be very interested in trying:
We keep in stock a perfect cut of Sea bass that is Skinless and Boneless and each 8 oz cut is vacuumed sealed and frozen. Great product and no one carries it except me. This product is the premium of all premium fish. Trust me, it’s hard to come by but I have one supplier that has it in stock all the time.

Oysters, (shucked and also in the shell), Wild Alaskan Salmon, Alaskan Halibut, Salted Mackerel, Lutefisk, Salted Cod, Smelts,Smoked Wild Salmon, Whole Salmon, Whole Snapper, King Crab Legs and Snow Crab Clusters.
