Hi everyone!

I hope everyone got an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weather we had on Saturday. It was so nice of a day that we cooked crawfish outside on Saturday and it looks as if many enjoyed them because we ended up selling out by the end of the day. If you didn’t get a chance to try any, we’ll be cooking again this coming Saturday as long as the weather holds up.

Please remember that we usually have the first batch ready around 1:00 on Saturday and if you want them pooping hot you need to reserve them and be there when they are coming out of the cooker. Otherwise, they may have cooled down by the time you get there.

Just recently, we started bringing in two early shipments of Crawfish on Saturday mornings and this is helping out for those who want to get started early on their cookouts.

Our seafood is delivered to us numerous times throughout each day and we make sure our Saturday orders are received early for the weekend.

If there is any special request, please give us a call so we can make sure we have it here for you on time.

Special reminder: COPPER RIVER SEASON OPENS AROUND MAY 14TH.

I spoke with my fisherman today to get a heads up on the upcoming opening of the Copper River Salmon season. We are being told that our gov’t will be placing trackers at the mouth of the Copper River during the first few days of May. These monitors will determine how many Sockeye Salmon are coming into the mouth of the river so they can tell the commercial fisherman what day the first day of opening will be.

Our fish will be caught, driven to the canneries to be processed for shipping and shipped to me within 24 hours of being caught. This is the freshest anyone can ever purchase unless you are in Alaska buying from the fisherman at the fishing docks. We bypass all middlemen and avoid all the high markups by dealing directly with the actual fisherman.

We hope to be getting our first fresh shipment of Copper River Sockeye between the second and third week of May.

I will keep everyone posted on the schedule and when I plan to pick up the first shipment from DFW Airport  arriving from Alaska.

We hope to have the same program as we always do with the canneries in Alaska by having them vacuum seal all of our fillets so they are protected and easily stored when you pick them up from us.

Everybody needs to keep up with the schedule so you are on board to get the freshest of all fish.

This week, I wanted to remind everyone that we are coming up on two special weekends.

REMINDER: MOTHER’S DAY 5-10-15 (you  can’t forget this day!!!)

MEMORIAL WEEKEND: 5-22 THRU 5-25. LARGEST CRAWFISH WEEKEND OF THE

SEASON. RESERVE YOUR ORDERS AS SOON S POSSIBLE. EVERY YEAR THERE IS A SHORTAGE SO GET ON BOARD BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE.

WE HAVE (3 REALLY GREAT SUPPLIERS SO WE SHOULD BE IN PERFECT SHAPE) BUT RESERVE YOUR ORDER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE IN CASE TERE IS ANY ISSUES.

FIELD RUNS: 3.25 LB (GOOD MIXTURE)

GRADED AND  WASHED: 3.75 LB (#1-2-3 WASHED)  

Sacks are approx. 28-36 pounds.

DELIVERIES ARE MADE TO OUR STORE ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY,THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.WE NOW HAVE OUR SUPPLIER DELIVER CRAWFISH TO OUR STORE ON SUNDAY MORNINGS AT 10:00 A.M.

SUNDAY ORDERS CAN BE RESERVED BY 5:00 P.M. ON SATURDAY

We keep in stock a perfect cut of Sea bass that is Skinless and Boneless and each 8 oz cut is vacuumed sealed and frozen. Great product and no one carries it except me. This product is the premium of all premium fish. Trust me, it’s hard to come by but I have one supplier that has it in stock all the time.
