We have quite a few special occasions coming up and I just wanted to make sure that everyone is informed of these dates of interest.
NOW THAT MARDI GRAS/FAT TUESDAY HAS COME AND GONE, IT’S TIME TO GET  INTO THE CRAWFISH SEASON. IS EVERYONE READY?
WELL, SO FAR, THE CRAWFISH SEASON HAS BEEN REAL GOOD TO EVERYONE.
THE QUALITY HAS PICKED UP TREMENDOUSLY AND THE PRICES HAVE COME DOWN BELOW WHAT THEY WERE LAST YEAR AT THIS TIME.
THE SIZE OF CRAWFISH ARE NOW STARTING TO BE CONSISTANT, THERE’S A FEW SMALL ONES BUT THE MAJORITY OF THE CRAWFISH HAVE BEEN PERFECT!
NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME. THESE CRAWFISH HAVE BEEN REALLY SWEET AND TENDER!
SOON, WE WILL BE ANNOUNCING WHEN THE FARMS WILL START OFFERING THE GRADED AND WASHED CRAWFISH TO US.

All made by our supplier Farmer’s Seafood in Shreveport, La.
All you have to do is warm up the product and make some rice. It’s ready to eat. Our Gumbo, Crawfish Ettoufee and Shrimp Creole is some of the best around. You’ll love it!

We are also carrying a new Cod fillet that is from Iceland. It’s a very high quality product and we will always have it in stock.
You can purchase it frozen or we have it thawed in our case for immediate use or you can take it home for the freezer.

  1. Hello Sir. My name is Jose. I am writing to ask if I would be able to reserve crawfish for a date in June. June 16 -17 to be precise. It would be about 100-150 lbs. It is my daughters birthday and us being from New Orleans we would like to get a taste of home (We’ve been in Texas since Katrina). Isn’t that the end of season? Should we plan for something else?
